Who is the PANDA network aimed at?
PANDA is the network for women in leadership. And just as diverse as leadership itself, so too is our community. Ambitious and motivated women in leadership, and those who aspire to it, are in the right place here.
Important: Life paths and careers change. Many PANDA members now hold different positions than when they joined the network. However, trainers, freelancers, coaches, and employees of HR consultancies or executive search agencies are not part of our target group.

We don't want to exclude anyone. The solidarity contribution is intended for specific life situations (e.g., parental leave, job loss, caregiving responsibilities, severe disability, illness, or belonging to a marginalized group). No proof is required, no explanation is needed, and it's invisible to others. Trust instead of barriers.
