Who is the PANDA network for?
PANDA is the network for women in leadership. And just as diverse as leadership itself is, so is our community. Ambitious and motivated women in leadership — and those who want to take that step next — are in the right place here.
Important: Life paths and careers change. Many PANDA members are now in different positions than when they first joined the network. However, trainers, solo freelancers, coaches, and employees of HR consultancies or executive search agencies do not belong to our target group.

We don’t want to exclude anyone. If you belong to a marginalized group, are currently seeking employment, on parental leave, or financially constrained for any other reason: choose the solidarity price — no proof, no explanation, not visible to others. Trust instead of barriers.
