The PANDA Story
Why PANDA? There's a parallel between pandas and women in leadership: they're rare. One might argue that women in executive positions are at least not threatened with extinction. While that's encouraging, it's not enough for us. We want more of this species.
PANDA was launched in 2013 by Isabelle Hoyer and Stuart B. Cameron with an event and an initial group of 100 women in Berlin. Since then, PANDA has developed into one of the most established networks for women in leadership in Germany.
