ACCESSIBILITY

Important Legal Foundations for Digital Accessibility in Germany

As of June 28, 2025, the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) obliges many digital offerings in Germany – including corporate websites – to be accessible. The basis for this are the requirements of the European standard EN 301 549, which are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Conformance Level AA). The goal is to make digital content accessible with as few restrictions as possible.

Our Current Status

This website is currently partially accessible. We are working to implement the requirements step by step and to continuously improve accessibility. Many contents are already usable without major restrictions, but barriers still exist.

Known Limitations
  • Not all images have alternative texts.

  • Embedded videos are currently not fully subtitled.

  • Individual control elements do not yet have a sufficient focus indicator.

  • Content in plain language or sign language is currently not available.

Feedback and Contact

If you notice barriers on our website or need support, we welcome your feedback.

Please contact us via: go@we-are-panda.com

Planned Improvements

We are continuously working to expand the accessibility of our website. Planned improvements include:

  • Expansion of alternative texts

  • Subtitles for videos

  • Improved keyboard operability

  • Additional content in easily understandable language

Note

Despite great care, it can happen that individual content is not completely accessible. Thank you for your understanding and your support in improving our offering.
