After 12 years of dedicated network building, we’re seeing that commitment to gender equality in companies fluctuates. The broader social climate is shifting. Our previous model — financing our work exclusively through corporate partnerships — is increasingly under pressure.

But strong network work requires commitment and continuity. We want to continue advancing our mission in a sustainable, long-term way. That’s why we’re restructuring and bundling our efforts into a membership model that offers more value to our members — and enables us to create lasting impact.

The new PANDA Membership model launches on March 1, 2026, with two options: Basic Membership (€10/month) and Premium Membership (€49/month).
Our NEXT LEVEL Leadership Development Program is an essential part of the PANDA Premium Membership for those who want not only to connect, but to grow in a more focused and intentional way. It launches on March 1, 2026. Until then, Early Bird pricing applies for existing PANDA members (see below).

The NEXT LEVEL Leadership Development Program gives you access to a curated annual program with more than 30 events across four learning areas:

Leadership Skills – Practical tools, workshops, and hands-on impulses

Inspiration & Networking – Fireside chats, salons, executive lounges, and leadership lunchbreaks with inspiring speakers and peers

Emerging Leaders: You’ve gained your first leadership experience and are looking for confidence, sparring, and new skills.

Established Leaders: You already have experience — but find yourself asking, “What’s next?” You’re looking for fresh impulses, meaningful connections, relevance, and resonance.

Influential Leaders: Are you at C-level, on the board, or part of executive management? Here you’ll find peer exchange, strategic depth, and societal impact.
The pilot year of the NEXT LEVEL program runs from March to December 2026 and includes approximately 33 events in total. Each event lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.

You decide how intensively you want to participate: whether you selectively choose formats that fit your current situation or make the most of as many sessions as possible.

Locations:

Most sessions take place online, so you can join flexibly from anywhere.

Selected events will be held in person.

What Is the Difference Between Basic and Premium?

With every PANDA Membership, you have access to the network, our member platform (PANDA Directory) and the PANDA App, our Weekly Digest from the network, all 40+ local and thematic groups, and the PANDA Community Events (e.g., Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Clubs, Meetups (partly fee-based).

The Premium Membership also offers you access to the NEXT LEVEL Leadership Development Program with +30 offerings distributed throughout the year for your personal development as a leader. Any Meetup fees are also already included here.

What Is the Difference Between Basic and Premium?

Do I Have to Decide Immediately?

No, you can decide on the Premium Membership and join our ongoing program at any time. However: If you join Next Level right at the start, you benefit from the full program year beginning in March 2026. This way, you secure not only the Early Bird price but also:

immediate access to all formats
becoming part of the first cohort right away
the opportunity to build contacts and content from the start that will carry through the year

I Want To Remain Part Of The PANDA Network, But I Currently Cannot Afford The €49/Month – Am I Then Excluded?

No! What is important to us: Nobody should be left out of PANDA just because it is not financially convenient right now. That is why there is the Basic Membership – for a symbolic €1 per month. This way, you remain part of the network and still have access to events, groups, exchange, and networking. If you want to switch to the Premium model later: it is possible at any time.

Because: Impact is created when we persevere together – not when we wait for perfect conditions.
