On Friday, April 11, 2025, the first Women Leadership Lab of the year took place: PANDA Law 2025. Around 40 fantastic (future) female leaders with diverse legal backgrounds gathered in Frankfurt am Main for the event. Together with our participating partner companies, they spent a beautiful, spring-like day in the inviting setting of QX Manor. The focus was, of course, on networking, learning from and with each other, and personal development, but fun was also a key part of the day.
The event day once again combined teamwork, discussions, and presentations on the "Leadership Experiment," along with engaging and diverse inspirational sessions and keynotes—all centered around the topic of law. Meanwhile, participants, as well as our partner companies and corporate partners, had ample time to get to know each other in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Whether enjoying a coffee in the warm spring sunshine or engaging in lively conversation in the lounge area, opportunities for new connections and interesting discussions abounded. This resulted not only in new contacts and many wonderful moments, but above all, in a thoroughly successful and fabulous PANDA event day!

"Thank you for this great event and the wonderful implementation of empowerment among women!"
"Great events and very friendly communication, keep it up! Your events stand for quality in terms of location, food and program. Keep it up, it's a lot of fun to participate!"
"A pleasant and friendly exchange on equal terms. I think it's great that even at the law event the exchange and contact wasn't forced and unpleasant, but that all the women were very nice and approachable."
"It was fantastic to receive so many new ideas and to have met so many inspiring women!" – Excerpt from participant feedback

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the speakers who enriched this day so immensely, shared their expertise, answered questions and discussed with us:
