Last Friday, October 17, 2025, BMW opened the new Talent Campus for this year's PANDA Lab: On this day, around 60 female leaders from various disciplines in the mobility, IT, automotive, and AI sectors gathered – along with numerous partner and Collaborative Partner companies who shaped the day with us and made it an unforgettable experience for all participants. As with all PANDA events, shared professional and personal exchange, further development, and networking were once again the focus – but the fun was certainly not neglected in this great atmosphere!
Team collaboration, discussions, and presentations on the "Leadership Experiment" as well as exciting and exclusive Inspiration Sessions and Keynotes—all focused on Future Mobility & AI—repeatedly offered a wide selection of choices for the participants, combining professional with personal input. The numerous opportunities for relaxed networking between participants and our Collaborative Partners and corporate participants were also very well received. The result: Many new contacts, great conversations, and a wonderful atmosphere.
Truly a picture-perfect PANDA Lab!

"Thank you for such a great event! The people and the energy - unmatched!"
"Great opportunity to meet so many amazing women and a change of perspective in terms of: What are the problems/challenges/solutions of others?"
"Such a diverse program that was above all interactive."
"The exchange with other women, especially the networking chat with strong role models from the event day, was excellent!"
