The PANDA Story
Why PANDA? There is a parallel between pandas and women in leadership: they are rare. Now, one might object that women in executive positions are at least not endangered. While this is encouraging, it is not enough for us. We want more of this species.
PANDA was launched in Berlin in 2013 by Isabelle Hoyer and Stuart B. Cameron with an event and an initial 100 women. Since then, PANDA has developed into one of the most established networks for women in leadership in Germany.
