Last Friday, on April 24, 2026, CARIAD opened the doors of its Group Automotive Software Campus in the heart of Berlin for this year’s PANDA Tech & Software Lab. Around 70 Female Leaders from technology-driven industries – software, mobility, data and digital environments – came together with our partner and cooperation companies for an unforgettable day. As software, data and AI continue to redefine the future of mobility, the room was filled with women who combine technical understanding with strategic thinking and the ambition to make real impact.
From machine learning and data engineering to embedded systems, GenAI-supported development and product ownership – this lab brought together women working at the heart of modern, software-driven organizations. The “Leadership Experiment”, exclusive Inspiration Sessions and Keynotes combined professional with personal input, while the relaxed networking between participants and corporate partners was extremely well received. The result: many new contacts, great conversations and a wonderful atmosphere.
A community that combines expertise, ambition and empowerment – a PANDA Lab as it should be!
