“Me and my company 3C Compliance are committed to a sustainable and proper activity of other international companies. The leaders of those companies can only allow themselves to work on their own stereotypes and merely recruit talent. Women in leadership positions are no longer an issue for them; they have developed strategies for diversity in order to cultivate and exploit their talent pool. PANDA is the perfect breeding ground for the maintenance and the promotion of the talent pool, which is a great honor and pleasure for me to participate in the PANDA development. “
